Refund Policy

As your order is 100% unique and custom made for you and your pet, we cannot offer refunds. If you have a problem with your final product, please email us and we’ll do our best to make sure you’re happy.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our custom prints. If it is determined the customer has not followed our Perfect Photo Guide we cannot offer returns on orders based on the design. If there has been a defect during printing, we request you reach out to us. Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
